About Us
Larry Beshaw, owner/mechanic of BOR Racing started Beshaw Off Road Racing in 1980 in order to support his racing career. Larry began desert racing in 1975 and he has competed in SCORE, Best in the Desert, Whiplash, WORCS, National Hare Scrambles and more. Larry has been the head sweep rider and tech inspector for Whiplash racing for over 10 years.
Larry's son Kyle is the 3 time Open Pro Whiplash desert racing champion and he used to compete in WORCS, Whiplash and Hare Scrambles. Kyle and Larry have competed together in the BITD Reno to Vegas race where they placed 2nd in 2003.
